Club Night
Tuesday night is our traditional club night & we usually have between 3-6 groups. All groups are taken by qualified run leaders. All running levels are catered for & no Laker is ever left behind. We meet at 6:50pm for a 7pm start. Runs are, usually, made available to view & book by Monday.

Group 2 - 6.5K run
Group 3 - 8K run
Group 4 - 10K run 60-70 minutes
Group 5 - 10K run 50-60 minutes
